One of the most anticipated summer 08 movies will be “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” and the question will be if it will stir up the same excitement and joy as the original? Odds are yes!
From what I’ve read so far the plot involves Indiana Jones becoming involved in a Soviet plot to uncover the secret behind mysterious artifact known as the Crystal Skull.
Harrison Ford still knows how to swing the whip, even though in the preview they use some humour with his age and using it. I will say from the pictures and the preview that Cate Blanchett looks awsome as the Soviet agent Irina Spalko. Shia LaBeouf will most likely add some humour to the story and I guess will see if the rumours are true that he is Indy’s son.
The movie opens 22 May 08 in the United States and Canada and between 21 and 23 May 08 elsewhere in the world. It will be interesting if it can beat “Iron Man’s” opening weekend.
