The cast for the upcoming Quentin Tarantino project “Inglorious Bastards” grew this week with announcement of Mike Myers creator and star of the Austin Power movies. According to IMDB he will be playing General Ed Fenech. I’m unsure how his character will fit into the story, which is classified as a war / action / drama movie. He joins the cast which already includes Brad Pitt, Eli Roth, and B.J. Novak from “The Office”.
As it goes the plot is different from the original 1978 version, which was released last month on DVD, of “Inglorious Bastards” a.k.a “Quel maledetto treno blindato”. Like the original that starred Bo Svenson and Fred Williamson there should be lots of Nazi killing and possibly if it’s like the original the usual 70′s movie lots of naked women.
As more news comes out on this movie I will keep you up to date, since I’m a fan of Quentin Tarantino and war movies.
